Polymer's factory in Cambodia currently operates 26 injection molding machines of various tonnages, with ongoing updates to equipment numbers. The monthly production capacity for injection-molding coolers is 100,000 units. We have an independent injection molding facility and a dust-free assembly workshop, specializing in providing OEM services to clients in need of manufacturing injection-molding coolers or toolboxes.                                                
       We welcome you to provide samples or 3D drawings to obtain OEM solutions. You may also bring molds to our facility for production. Additionally, we warmly invite you to visit and explore our production capabilities and infrastructure firsthand.

We have a professional R&D design team in China with over 10 members, most of whom have extensive industry experience. We are capable of providing clients with high-quality early-stage development and design services.

Currently, our largest injection molding machine has a tonnage of 1400T, and we plan to upgrade to machines with a tonnage of 2000T in the future. This expansion will enable us to better meet the diverse product needs of our customers and provide enhanced service to our clientele.

At Polymer, we do not currently have our own designs for injection-molding cooler boxes. This means we cannot offer pre-made molds for customer use. Customers who wish to produce injection-molding cooler boxes need to either have new molds made or provide their own molds to our factory for production.

The PU foam workshop at our Polymer Cambodia factory is equipped with four PU foam machines, which efficiently meet the daily PU foaming requirements for all cooler boxes produced, ensuring stability and consistent quality throughout the production process.

We have established our own professional laboratory, providing various tests and inspection services for cooler products. Additionally, we have set up our own mold repair center to address geographical and timing constraints related to mold repairs, further enhancing product delivery and quality control.
