Job responsibilities:

1. Formulate product quality inspection standards, summarize actual problems encountered in production and propose solutions;

2. Determine the key quality control points in the production process according to customer requirements, formulate product process control standards, and ensure the traceability of product quality;

3. Prepare product process control standards according to the company's technical standards and operating documents, and organize supervision and inspection of the whole production process;

4. Regularly feed back factory product information, statistical process, summarize product quality problems to the company, and promote relevant departments to solve them in time;

5. Take the initiative to investigate and analyze the quality problems or defects of products, formulate improvement plans and supervise the implementation;

6. According to the customer's testing requirements and standards, complete the product testing with the third-party testing agency, and follow up the testing report to complete on time.

Qualification:

1. Relevant working experience;

2. Junior high school or above;

3. Know how to use measuring tools, work carefully, be good at communication, and be familiar with quality inspection management process;

4. Good team work spirit, self-motivated, honest and upright.

Position information:

1. check whether the operators in production operate according to the regulations

2. finished product inspection

3. handling of process defective products (identification and isolation);

4. fill in corresponding inspection records;

5. guide process operators to correct operation methods and cultivate operators' self inspection ability;
